1 sessions, duration of each session:  45 m 

Balance and Rejuvenate - body, mind and energies

1 - 5 sessions, duration: 30 - 60 m each

Fitness and well-being - physical and mental health

1 - 4 sessions, duration of each session: 60 - 75 m

Program Duration: Ranges from 1 day to several  months based on the employees' need and interest  

Session Duration: A minimum of 1 hr per session and  can be customised to suit employees' schedule
