Simple but powerful yogic practice to help boost immunity, strengthen the respiratory system and enhance lung capacity

ISHA KRIYA MEDITATION

The purpose of Isha Kriya is to help an individual get in touch with the source of their existence, to create life according to theirown wish and vision. Daily practice of Isha Kriya brings health, dynamism, peace and wellbeing. It is a powerful tool to cope with the hectic pace of modern life

SASHTANGA

Yogic posture, which can enhance the oxygen level in the body. Improved oxygen levels can reduce the impact of COVID-19 on the breath and lungs.

This practice is not a cure or a sole prevention against COVID-19, but it can greatly improve one's respiratory function and immunity.

REQUIREMENTS
 
  • Suitable from 12 years + 

  • Low-level intensity

  • No experience of yoga necessary

  • Computer / Laptop (avoid using phones or tablets)

  • Zoom account 

  • Reliable internet connection

  • A private room where you cannot be disturbed

  • All 3 sessions are mandatory

  • Be on empty stomach for each session

  • Be on time for each session
