About Adiyoga Studio
A Space Of Blissful Energy And Grace
An important part of our vision has always been to establish a place with highly conductive atmosphere for daily sadhana (yoga practice), inner growth and meditation. Our yoga studio is a place with special kind of atmosphere enhanced with a consecrated energy form created by Sadhguru especially for this purpose. Our students can reap immense benefits, either learning from one of our unique workshops, participating in various meditations and special events or doing their already learnt yoga practices during our intensive group sadhana sessions.
Becoming a yoga teacher with Isha foundation is not about getting a certification to teach or memorising as much as possible. Here the science of yoga is imbibed, which is a competently different way of learning. Sadhguru's wish for all accomplished teachers is not to merely teach, but to become yogis. Once this inner transformation happens, teaching yoga becomes effortless and the impact of what all teachers have to offer can be of tremendous possibility.
ISHA HATA YOGA
About Hatha Yoga Teacher Training
Sadhguru Sannidhi is a consecrated space, a living temple, throbbing with an atmosphere for devotion and grace.
The establishment of a Sannidhi creates powerful energy within and significantly enhances one's progress on the spiritual path.
Sannidhi can have a miraculous impact on the internal and external well-being of all who come within its sphere, thus extending the spiritual possibility to those around as well.
The possibility of establishing such a space is an extraordinary blessing from Sadhguru. It is an invaluable opportunity to always be in the presence of the Master.

Vibhuti - energized sacred ash
Vibhuti is a sacred ash for meditation from Dhyanalinga yogic temple located at Isha Yoga Centre.
There are many aspects to the usage of vibhuti or sacred ash. First of all, it is a great medium to transfer or transmit energy, and it has an ability to help direct and control the energy body.
Apart from that, there is a symbolic significance to applying it on the body.
It is a constant reminder of the mortal nature of life – it is like you are always wearing mortality on your body. Ask one of our teachers on how and where to apply it on your body.

I jumped into yoga in 2011 not really knowing what to expect. It was in that year when I learned very powerful practice during Sadhguru's Inner Engineering Course. That was the beginning of my journey which led me through several years of living at Isha Yoga Centre in India, even more years of magical volunteering for Isha Foundation and endless hours of daily yoga practice. I have been fortunate to be around countless wonderful teachers, volunteers and one Mystic who can take you for a ride of a lifetime... are you willing to ride?
