TRADITIONAL HATHA AND KRIYA YOGA & MEDITATION

"Hatha yoga is not body-bending business. It is about taking charge of the way you think, feel, and perceive life."

Adiyoga Studio teaches Classical Hatha and Kriya Yoga as a transformative path rather than merely exercise or stretching. Our structured programs—rooted in authentic traditions and including practices devised by living spiritual master Sadhguru—guide students toward inner growth, resilience, and sustained vitality.

Practices are designed to cultivate inner peace, sharpen clarity, and awaken vital energy through a progressive curriculum that supports personal transformation.

Courses emphasize learning a sustainable, personalized home practice so participants leave with the tools, confidence, and discipline to continue their own inner work.

TESTIMONIALS

My husband and I recently completed the weekend classical yoga program, Suriya Kriya. It is a very specific type of yoga practice. The teaching was thorough and grounded in authenticity. It’s rare to find such integrity with modern day yoga practices. Highly recommend if you’re after the original yoga sun invocation. Thanks Ramy!

I’ve been to lots of different yoga studios. All talked about the importance of developing your own yoga routine at home. But I never felt like any prepared me well enough to do this - plus I never really imagined myself as the ‘type’ for daily yoga..! Until I discovered Isha Hatha Yoga. Adiyoga’s teaching method is so carefully crafted to help you build a regular practice and experience its immense benefits.
