I’ve been involved in fitness and sport my whole life. At 21 I moved from Czechia to Australia simply because I wanted to go somewhere far away. I trained as a Personal Trainer and have been coaching clients for almost 20 years.

Around the same time I began a committed yoga and meditation practice, studying traditional yogic methods under Sadhguru and volunteering for four years at his ashram in India — where I received my yoga certification.

Yoga and fitness are part of my daily routine. I love how they transform the body, mind and energy, and I’m passionate about sharing that with others in ways that are practical, sustainable and accessible.

Outside of the studio I train Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu, ride motorcycles, cook for my wife (because she won’t), and play with our mischievous dog, Rusty.
