Adiyoga Studio founder Ramy has been involved in fitness and sports for most of his life. His passion lies in helping people improve their lives—whether through fitness, yoga, or martial arts.

Sally works in marketing, but her true passion is fitness. As a certified Les Mills trainer, she loves creating high-energy classes that keep everyone engaged, motivated, and moving.

George has a passion for rehabilitating athletes and individuals of all different levels and conditions to provide them to perform what they do best. George prides himself in providing the best exercise rehabilitation best suited for the individual.

It’s entirely your choice—we offer flexible options to suit you. For automatic payments, we bill upfront on a fortnightly basis. If you prefer, you can also choose from our session packages.
Full pricing options are available after the initial consultation. As a general guideline, our studio rates are: 30 minutes – $50, 45 minutes – $75, with an additional $20 per extra person per session.
Our team is highly experienced, but also honest. If we’re confident we can help, we will. If not, we’ll let you know during the initial consultation—so that’s the best place to start.
This isn’t a sales session—it’s a relaxed, no-obligation chat. We’ll talk about your goals, your training history, and the types of exercise or sports you enjoy. We’ll also take a look at how you move and assess your mobility.
From there, We’ll walk you through what we can offer, share our experience, and give you a feel for how we coach. If we connect, great—but there’s absolutely no pressure to sign up on the day. We genuinely love what we do, and it’s important that it feels like the right fit for you.

Functional fitness for ladies, suitable for beginners. Our classes combine strength training with core work, floor Pilates, and weights for a full-body workout. Don’t forget our Friday afternoon Stretch & Unwind class!
Our unlimited membership is $40 per week. If you can only attend once a week, the 10-class pack for $250 is a better option.
Yoga and meditation are an integral part of our teachings; however, they are offered as workshop-style programs rather than regular classes. For more details, please visit the Yoga section on our website.
This isn’t a sales session—it’s a free group class designed for you to experience our training in a relaxed, no-pressure environment. You’ll get a feel for the style of training we offer, the energy of the group, and how we coach.
We’ll guide you through a fun, structured session suitable for all levels, while also keeping an eye on your movement and technique. It’s a great way to see how you feel, meet the community, and enjoy the vibe of the studio.
