The basis for all creation, including the physical body, is the group of five elements: earth, water, wind, fire, and space. The wellbeing of the body and mind can be established by purifying these five elements within the human system. This process also shapes the body into a stepping stone towards one’s ultimate wellbeing.

In our workshops, all yoga practices are taught as a self practice. After completion, students are fully capable to do the practice on their own at home, office or even travelling.

Got initiated in Bhutta Shuddhi, a classical yogic practice to clean the 5 elements in the system. The practice showed promising benefits that I started to see as soon as I began practising and my body has been very calm and my mind in good psychological balance.
