Our trial classes are designed for you to experience our teaching, methodology and to help you determine which Hatha yoga program would be the most suitable for you. It is a great way to get an understanding of our unique teaching concept and experience our yoga studio - a yogic sanctuary designed for wellbeing and inner growth.

Casual & Trial Classes

Yoga for Peace + Kriya Meditation

Learn Two Practices:

Powerful Isha Kriya Meditation which brings great physical and mental balance into one's life.

Pranayam (breathing technique) - Nadhi Shuddhi - this practice cleanses nadis – the pathways through which pranic energy flows – resulting in a balanced system and psychological wellbeing.

Yoga for Fitness

Yoga for Fitness is an introduction to our Yoga for Fitness Program (Angamardana). You will learn one part of the full program in this class.

This class is more dynamic and focuses on fitness, strength, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance and general health.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga Trial class is an introduction to our Hatha Yoga Programs and does not require any particular strength or flexibility.

Hatha Yoga uses specific postures to strengthen your body and mind and also activates and balances energy in your system leading to perfect physical health, better focus. memory and inner peace.
