Group Fitness Classes

Our boutique group fitness classes are all about moving well, feeling strong, and enjoying the process. With small class sizes, you’ll get personalised guidance in a relaxed, supportive studio environment. Each session blends strength, mobility, and mindful movement, creating a welcoming space to build consistency, connect with others, and feel your best—without the pressure.

Current schedule:

Monday 6:30pm : Functional Strength (40m)

Wednesday 6:30pm : Functional Strength (40m)

Saturday 8:00am : Functional Strength (40m)

Book a free trial class and experience the studio, the coaching, and the community for yourself.

  • Each visitor can claim 1 Trial Class

  • Trial class can be used only towards our Fitness Classes (no yoga programs)

  • If you miss your class, please get in touch with us to rebook

  • If you are unable to make it, please cancel your booking, so someone else can take your spot
