Yoga for Spine, Muscles and Joints
Learn two easy to do set of powerful practices that activate and balance the joints, muscles and energy system, bringing ease to the whole system.
This class doesn't require any previous yoga experience or physical flexibility.
Yoga for Peace + Kriya Meditation
Learn Powerful Isha Kriya Meditation which brings great physical and mental balance into one's life.
Also learn pranayam Nadhi Shuddhi - this practice cleanses the nadis – the pathways through which pranic energy flows – resulting in a balanced system and psychological wellbeing.
Yoga for Strength
Learn a sequence of 6 postures to strengthen and stretch the whole body with a focus on your spine, legs and hip region.
These postures strengthen the connective tissues of the body and give the whole system a strong resilience.
CLASSES & SERVICE
We teach certified Classical Isha Hatha Yoga programs and classes as a subjective inner science of self-transformation. This transformation will not only be on a level of your body, mind, emotions and energies, but also the very way you are.
In our workshops, all yoga practices are taught as a self-practice. After completion, students are fully capable to do the practice on their own at home, office or even travelling. Participants may also attend weekly practice sessions, guided by a certified Isha Hatha Yoga teacher.
