Yoga for Strength (Angamardana)

Angamardana is a series of 31 dynamic processes, rooted in yoga, to invigorate the  body and reach peak physical fitness. Angamardana means gaining  complete mastery over the limbs, organs and other parts of the body.  It needs no fitness equipment.

Sun Salutation (Surya Kriya)

Surya Kriya is a potent 21-step yogic practice of tremendous antiquity, designed as a holistic process for health and inner wellbeing. It activates the solar plexus (Anahata) leading to stability of the body and stillness of the mind. This strong foundation becomes the basis to explore higher dimensions of life.


Hatha Yoga is offered as a set of 21 powerful postures, or yogasanas, to enable the system to sustain higher dimensions of energy. This  profound science enhances how one thinks, feels, and experiences life.  It is not merely physical exercise, but enables a person to flower into one's  ultimate potential; to naturally achieve a state of health, joy, and bliss.

Bhutta Shuddhi

The basis for all creation, including the physical body, is the group of five elements: earth, water, wind, fire, and space. The wellbeing of the body and mind can be established by purifying these five elements within the human system. This process also shapes the body into a stepping stone towards one’s ultimate wellbeing.

Surya Shakti (Beginner's Program)

Surya Shakti is an active form of the Sun Salutation.  It is an ancient yogic practice which is a powerful sequence of 18 postures.  It is designed as a holistic process for great physical fitness.  “Surya” means “Sun,” and “Shakti” means “energy”.  Surya Shakti cultivates great physical fitness and strength.

Hatha Yoga

Learn traditional yoga postures to activate and balance your energy system. Improve flexibility and strength of your core, spine and  postural muscles. 

This class doesn't require any previous yoga experience or physical flexibility.

Mantra Class - AUM

The mantra activates and energizes the various sections of the body, reverberating through the whole system. Furthermore, it can bring peace and balance to the meditator's system, and is known to relieve people from numerous physical and mental ailments when practiced regularly.

Yoga for Peace + Kriya Meditation

Learn Powerful Isha Kriya Meditation which brings great physical and mental balance into one's life.

Also learn pranayam Nadhi Shuddhi - this practice cleanses the nadis – the pathways through which pranic energy flows – resulting in a balanced system and psychological wellbeing.

Children's Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga for Children offers a unique possibility for every child to experience a joyful blossoming of their natural potential. Isha Hatha Yoga celebrates the natural gifts within every child including wonder and a sense of oneness with life.

Practice Correction Sessions

Sadhana Sessions

are classes guided by a qualified Isha Hatha teacher. In this session participants have the opportunity to sharpen and deepen their experience of their practices and also receive personal corrections and feedback about their practice. Students can also ask any practice related questions. 

are practice sessions, where participants can do any of their already learnt Isha practices at our studio. This once again helps to strengthen and deepen your practice as well as create a certain level of discipline and independence. This class is supervised by a teacher or volunteer in case any assistance is needed.




Guru Pooja

Open to All

Guru pooja is a tool, a certain method. It is not a thanks giving ceremony. Yes, there is a sense of gratitude in it, but that is not what it is all about.

It is a way of creating a certain sacred energy geometry which will naturally draw certain forces to it.

Guru pooja is a way of making your system an invitation to the divine. Guru pooja at Adiyoga is done by qualified teacher trained at Isha yoga centre in India. 

Anybody who is simply willing to sit with openness can reap in innumerable benefits from this process.

Sannidhi Pooja

Open to All

Sadhguru Sannidhi is a live temple, a certain atmosphere that throbs in one space. Sannidhi works wonders in terms of the internal and external wellbeing of all who come within its sphere, thus extending the spiritual possibility to those around us as well.

Sannidhi Pooja is a scientific process which uses mantras and offerings to create a powerful energy situation.
