  • In our classes, all yoga practices are taught as a self practice. After completion, students are fully capable to do the practice on their own at home, office or even travelling

  • Both Yoga for Body and Yoga for Mind class includes one online followup practice session

  • Q/A with the teacher is available at the end of each class
