Hatha Yoga for Children offers a unique possibility for every child to experience a joyful blossoming of their natural potential.
 
Isha Hatha Yoga celebrates the natural gifts within every child including wonder and a sense of oneness with life.


The program introduces yoga to children, led through an exploration of fun, love and joy, allowing each child to develop and live in optimal health and inner peace. It is offered by Isha Hatha Yoga teachers, trained under the guidance of Sadhguru.

  • Children must be older than 8  years of age

  • No experience of yoga necessary

In our workshops, all yoga practices are taught as a self-practice. After completion, students are fully capable to do the practice on their own at home, office or even travelling.

  • Safety guidelines and basic information regarding the course

A) Preparatory postures - Cat Stretch

B) Yoga for Strength - Hand postures 

C) Yoga for Strength - Standing Postures 1

 

Play: Group game (for children to become more comfortable with each other) 

 

NOTE: No physical touching  as per COVID-19 guidelines
