This course doesn't require any particular strength or flexibility.
Unlike many modern yoga studios, we avoid playing music, using mirrors and accessories, talking during demonstration or physically touching participants.
All our classes are taught in the purest classical tradition as well as in the utmost respect to offer you the best experience possible.
All practices are taught as a self practice hence participants will be able to continue on their own after the completion of the course. Post program student support is available if required.
